How to edit your Member Page
If you have a member page, go to it and click the Edit link. If you don’t have one, ask the webmaster to create one.
Editing a page (or a post) is like using Microsoft Word. The editor window has formatting buttons. Be sure to click on the Kitchen Sink button:
This will display a second row of format options, including the very desirable “Paste from Word” button. If you’re a Microsoft Word user, you can create your profile in Microsoft Word, and then Copy all of your text from Word and then click the little clipboard with the W logo. It will bring up a past window where you can paste your formatted text. At this time, I don’t know how it handles images.
At the top of the edit window is the Upload/Insert media row where you can add images and other media to your profile. The first icon, the framed rectangle, is how you add an image. From there, you can upload a picture, select its size (Medium works well) and then Insert into Post right where you left off.
When done, click the Update Page button on the far right and you’re done. Watch for the update message at the top of the screen, and then you can click its View Page link to get back to the site, or “Visit Site” in the top title bar of the page.
